2. Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed in the online store represent a non-binding offer.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.

For customers in Switzerland, prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.

For international customers, prices may be displayed in EUR or USD depending on location. VAT and import duties are not included unless explicitly stated.

Payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped in small batches every two weeks.

Estimated dispatch time: 3–14 days
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 days

Orders within Switzerland are shipped via Swiss Post.
International orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping costs are included in the product price.

For international deliveries, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, clean, and in original condition.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

6. Warranty & Support

Products are covered by a 2 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

Our products are designed for use in outdoor conditions. Proper setup, handling, and use are required to ensure performance and safety.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect setup, or use outside of intended conditions.

Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
