Shipping policy

Orders are shipped in monthly batches.

Orders placed before the 20th of each month will ship within the same month.
Orders placed after the 20th will ship with the following month’s batch.

Delivery time after dispatch:
Switzerland: 1–2 days
International: 5–10 days

Shipping method:

Orders within Switzerland are shipped via Swiss Post.
International orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping costs are included in the product price.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
